How I Work

My design process.

01
Discover
Requirement analysis, stakeholder briefs and research. Understand the real problem before opening Figma.
02
Define
Personas, user flows, roles and permissions, information architecture. Structure first, surface later.
03
Design
Wireframes through high-fidelity UI in Figma, with components built in parallel with every screen.
04
Test
Interactive prototypes and usability sessions with 5–8 users per round, before development starts.
05
Deliver
Developer-ready specs, implementation reviews and QA validation. Handoff is never the end.
Good design is not about how it looks — it is about how well it works for the person using it, in the moment they need it most.
— Venkatesh Bonam, Product Designer
About

I design for the people behind the workflow — admins, agents, operators and students — who need complex systems to feel simple.

I'm a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer based in Hyderabad, India. My work spans enterprise workflows, RBAC and multi-tenant UX, data-heavy interfaces and AI-enabled products, from requirement analysis through design systems and developer handoff.

I work closely with product, engineering, QA and business stakeholders in Agile teams, and I care about accessibility and consistency as much as visual polish.
